In the Pingen WebApp, all letter information is clearly displayed in one place. This allows you to quickly see which letters are pending, in processing, or have been sent. Any letters reported as undeliverable by PostNL are marked as such in the status overview as well.
Track & Trace lets you monitor each letter in real time – from upload, through printing, to handover to PostNL. This way, you always know your letters’ whereabouts.
This event means that Pingen has received a new letter. It indicates when and how the letter was transferred to Pingen
This event means the document has been validated to confirm it complies with printing and postal requirements.
This event means that you have submitted a letter for sending and that it's now ready to be processed by Pingen.
This event means that Pingen has started processing your letter and it is now in the initial stages before being transferred for printing.
This event means that your letter has been forwarded to the print facility, where it will now undergo the printing and packaging process.
This event means the print facility has processed your letter and confirmed it has been forwarded to PostNL.
If letters can’t be delivered by the post, Pingen processes them automatically and updates the tracking status in the WebApp. You’ll also receive return details via email and webhook.
